Your Path to Inner Transformation

I am a RYT-200 certified Kundalini yoga instructor, Reiki Master, and Bio-Well Advanced Practitioner offering classes and healing experiences in English, Spanish, and Catalan. My journey into healing began with Reiki and yoga. My first hot yoga class sparked a profound path of self-discovery, transformation, and devotion to the healing arts.

 

Driven by a deep curiosity about the subtle energies that shape our well-being, I have expanded my studies into Reiki, shamanism, Kundalini practices, and other holistic traditions that bridge ancient wisdom with modern energetic science. Through Kundalini yoga, energy work, Bio-Well technology, and aura scans, I help clients gain greater awareness of their energetic field, release blockages, and restore inner harmony.

 

My teaching is rooted in presence, compassion, and connection. I create a sacred and welcoming space where students can tune into their bodies, expand their consciousness, and reconnect with the radiant inner light within them. I believe that Kundalini yoga is far more than physical movement—it is a way of living with intention, balance, and authenticity.

 

I am passionate about supporting others on their wellness and spiritual journey, helping them cultivate clarity, healing, and transformation through deep restorative practices.
